Jack is the national leader of Grant Thornton Corporate Finance LLC and brings more than 19 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Grant Thornton Corporate Finance, Jack was a founder and Managing Director of the investment banking group at Stout Risius Ross, Inc. Previously, Jack had served in investment banking groups at First of Michigan and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

During his 17 year investment banking career, Stephen has originated and executed a wide variety of M&A and financing assignments. He advises companies and their shareholders in a number of industries including: technology, software, IT services, business services, plastics & packaging, industrial manufacturing, and life sciences.

Brian is responsible for executing transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings. He has over 14 years of investment banking experience, providing services for healthcare, business services, automotive, aerospace/defense, information technology, distribution, business process outsourcing, plastics, and industrial components companies.

Ian has more than 17 years of experience advising clients on investment banking transactions. He is primarily responsible for sourcing and executing advisory engagements involving divestitures, acquisitions and private equity. Ian has significant experience in the industrial manufacturing, aerospace/defense, mail services, marketing services, and distribution industries.

John’s career spans over 22 years and includes both investment banking and valuation experience. He has particular expertise in special situations and distressed M&A (including sale transactions conducted through a §363 sale process). Prior to joining Grant Thornton, John was a practice leader for Andersen Corporate Finance, and FTI Advisors.

Jim has more than 19 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and financial advisory services. He specializes in working with troubled, underperforming and bankrupt entities.
